The signed Memorandum establishes the framework for collaboration and defines priority areas of action for the next four years. It serves as a starting point for the implementation of agreed priority objectives and sustainable activities aimed at strengthening the regulatory framework for the strengthening of technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
