This year’s “Women’s Entrepreneurship Days 2025” conference, organized for the eleventh time by the Association of Business Women in BiH, once again made Sarajevo a regional center for women’s leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship. The two-day program, held on 13 and 14 November, brought together entrepreneurs, managers, and experts from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the region, and Europe.
Through discussions and networking events, GOPA team representatives—Project Manager Efka Heder and Project Assistant Amra Ćatić Dedić—contributed to the conversation on digital transformation, the importance of women in innovation, and the creation of sustainable, inclusive business models.
Aida Zubčević, President of the Association of Women of BiH, opened the central day of the conference on 14 November, highlighting the value of collaboration, trust, and authenticity in the digital age. Throughout the day, four panel discussions took place, addressing important topics related to modern women’s leadership. Special attention was given to the panel on decision-making during times of rapid technological advancement, where participants discussed balancing automation with a human approach, data with intuition, and business dynamics.
The overarching theme of the event was that, although technology is advancing rapidly, interpersonal relationships, trust, and authenticity are irreplaceable virtues. “Women’s Entrepreneurship Days 2025” once again demonstrated that women in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region have the vision, strength, and capability to lead change in the economy, technology, and society. Events like this are key to fostering mutual understanding, support, and the formation of new alliances.
