After a successful first day of the workshop, the second day was dedicated to further strengthening the capacity of schools to conduct self-evaluation and improve the quality assurance system in line with the EQAVET framework.
The focus of the second day was on practical work and school self-evaluation. Quality assurance mentors Ivona Čelebičić and Nedžada Faginović guided participants through interactive sessions dedicated to three priority areas: the teaching and learning process, cooperation with the business community, and school management and financing. Participants had the opportunity to analyze the situation in their own schools, define priority activities, and exchange experiences with colleagues.
Eldin Sarajlić from the GOPA team presented the digital platform CoP – Community of Practice, which enables continuous learning, experience sharing, and networking among schools.
This activity is being implemented as part of the project “Strengthening the Technical and Vocational Education and Training System in BiH,” funded by the Government of Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and implemented by GOPA Worldwide Consultants through its office in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
