The third day of the workshop in Visoko began with a session dedicated to the key competencies of the self-evaluation team coordinator. Through exercises and interactive work, GOPA quality assurance mentors Ivona Čelebičić and Nedžada Faginović presented the role of the coordinator, the professional skills required to coordinate school staff in quality assurance, and the importance of effective team leadership in the self-evaluation process. Participants had the opportunity to discuss challenges they face in their institutions through practical examples, as well as ways to overcome them.
The focus then shifted to the self-evaluation report and its format. Through practical examples and discussion, the mentors presented the structure of the report, emphasizing the importance of a clear and systematic approach to data collection and analysis, as well as the presentation of self-evaluation results.
The third day rounded off the entire workshop, providing participants with concrete tools and guidelines for improving the quality of education in their schools. The workshop concluded in a constructive and motivating atmosphere, with a clear message on the importance of continuous work on quality assurance in vocational education.
This activity is implemented within the framework of the project “Strengthening the Technical and Vocational Education and Training System in BiH”, financed by the Government of Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and implemented by GOPA Worldwide Consultants through its office in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
