Today, 11.05.2026, the second meeting of the Steering Committee of the Project for Strengthening Secondary Vocational Education and Training in Bosnia and Herzegovina was held at the premises of GOPA Worldwide Consultants.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Association of Employers of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, members of the project team, as well as a representative of the project management from GOPA Worldwide Consultants (online).
The main topics included:
- Presentation of the annual report and the results achieved during the first year of project implementation, delivered by the Project Manager, Ms. Efka Heder. On this occasion, Mrs. Heder emphasized that all planned objectives for the first year had been fully achieved and that the team remains committed to continuing with the same level of dedication and momentum in the upcoming period.
- Discussion and adoption of the annual report
- Planning of upcoming activities and timelines
- Conclusions and agreement on the next Steering Committee meeting
The first year of implementation has delivered significant results, and further steps have been defined to strengthen the quality and efficiency of the TVET system in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The meeting was held in a constructive atmosphere, confirming the shared commitment of all partners to the continued successful implementation of the project.
